Lana Condor is back and ready to stir up some haunted trouble in the upcoming YA comedy Boo, Bitch. The series, which comes from co-showrunners Lauren Iungerich (On My Block, Awkward) and Erin Ehrlich (Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, King of the Hill), follows a high school senior who has lived most of her life flying safely under the radar. When she realizes that, over the course of one night, she’s able to alter her narrative and start living an “epic life,” she jumps at the opportunity… only to wake up the next morning to learn that she’s a “motherf*%king ghost.”
In addition to starring in the role of Erika Vu, Condor serves as executive producer with Jonathon Komack Martin (Deadpool), Blake Goza (The Escort) and Jamie Dooner (On My Block), as well as Tim Schauer and Kuba Soltysiak, who are co-creators and co-executive producers.
Alongside Condor, Boo, Bitch features an all-star cast of breakout stars. Some of the characters you can expect to fall in love with are Zoe Colletti as Gia, Mason Versaw as Jake C., Aparna Brielle as Riley, Tenzing Norgay Trainor as Gavin and Jason Genao as Devon.
Boo, Bitch arrives to haunt your screens July 8. Until then, here’s a first look at some of the characters below.
