Dojos, assemble — Cobra Kai Season 4 is about to strike back. You might be wondering how karate gangs can terrorize a town for four seasons. Where is the city council? Is there a public safety department? What does the school board think? Well, if there’s anything we know about Cobra Kai, it’s that the punches aren’t stopping anytime soon.
The new trailer for the upcoming season shows Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) teaming up against Cobra Kai baddie John Kreese (Martin Kove). The Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang alliance was the plot twist no one saw coming in Season 3. To ensure he can take down his rivals, Kreese enlists the help of none other than Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith), the original Cobra Kai owner. Silver made LaRusso’s life a living hell in The Karate Kid III. Will he do the same to Robby Keene (Tanner Buchanan) now that Keene’s sworn his allegiance to the enemies?
With messy high school romances and grown men who can’t stop feuding after over 30 years, we just know this year’s All Valley Under 18 Karate Tournament will be one for the books. After all, the loser must hang up their gi. Get ready for even more kicks and intergenerational trauma because Cobra Kai Season 4 hits Dec. 31.
