Jennifer Lopez is always at the top of her game, whether she’s starring in a wilder-than-wild action movie or revealing her potato salad recipe in an intimate documentary. With so many diverse projects under her belt, sometimes you have to wonder: What can’t she do? And just in case you thought her busiest days were behind her, Lopez just released a completely self-funded biopic, dropped an album, and is about to go on a world tour. If you finished This Is Me… Now and need more Jenny from the block… now, find a comfy spot on your couch and prepare to keep the marathon going. Featuring a nail-biting thriller, a revelatory documentary, and a classic ’90s movie that hits all the right campy notes, here are the Lopez projects that you can pull up on Netflix right now.

Hell hath no fury like a woman — especially a mother — scorned. In The Mother, Lopez plays an assassin who emerges from hiding in order to protect the daughter she gave up years ago. Both mother and daughter must go on the run from trained killers played by Joseph Fiennes and Gael García Bernal, but if Lopez has anything to say about it, it won’t be for long. The Mother is a high-stakes movie that takes you from Cuba to the Alaskan wilderness with plenty of action sequences that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

In 2020, Lopez graced the Super Bowl Halftime Show stage alongside Shakira. Audiences and critics loved the performance, but piecing the double-header concert together was a source of tension for both stars — with just about 12 or 13 minutes allotted for the entire show, each singer was forced to condense their iconic discography down to a six-minute lineup. Halftime reveals the work (and the frustration) that went into creating the show, while also illuminating just how many projects and responsibilities Lopez was juggling at the same time. From motherhood to filming a movie to any of the assorted appearances associated with being an A-list celebrity, Halftime depicts the grueling discipline that’s required to be a star at the top of their game.

Lopez plays a documentarian leading a motley crew of filmmakers along the Amazon River in search of an indigenous tribe. When they encounter a notorious snake hunter and are taken hostage on his quest to capture an enormous anaconda, their journey becomes a fight to stay alive. Released in 1997, this thriller is a campy romp, packed with all the explosions, action, bad CGI, and fun you’d expect from a late ’90s popcorn flick.

One of the first computer-animated feature films ever released, Antz takes on some big questions through the lens of some very small characters: a colony of ants. When a worker ant named Z (voiced by Woody Allen) starts to lament his own insignificance, a chance meeting with his colony’s princess sets off a chain of events that sends him to war, on the run, and to several places he never could have imagined. The movie boasts a star-studded cast, including Christopher Walken, Sharon Stone, and Gene Hackman; Lopez is Azteca, a worker ant and friend of Z that falls in love with Weaver, a soldier ant voiced by Sylvester Stallone. If this sounds like a lot for a movie that’s ostensibly for children, you’re not wrong — but in our opinion, any movie about ants that manages to make us think more deeply about our own humanity is one that’s definitely worth watching, and the J. Lo of it all is just the cherry on top.

In Enough, Lopez plays Slim, a server who has a chance chivalrous encounter with a man named Mitch at the diner where she works — which leads to marriage and the birth of their daughter, Gracie. When Slim discovers Mitch’s infidelity and confronts him about it, his true colors emerge and he becomes violent. She tries several times to escape the marriage with her daughter, but Mitch becomes increasingly maniacal in his attempts to bring her back. It becomes clear that running won’t work — Slim has to fight back. Come for the chills and thrills, stay for the cathartic final showdown.
