    Nov. 26, 2025

Howdy, My Life with the Walter Boys fans! Are you ready for more Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez), Cole (Noah LaLonde), Alex (Ashby Gentry), and the rest of the Walter clan after that shocking Season 2 finale?

Well, here’s some great news: Your favorite family has wrapped production on their third season in Calgary, Canada. Above, see a photo of the trio from this summer.

Plus, three new cast members will appear in the upcoming season: Chad Rook (IT: Welcome To Derry, Joe Pickett) will play Mac, Naveen Paddock (Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, Anything’s Possible) will play Eliot, and Erin Karpluk (Being Erica, Smoke) will play Hannah. Read on for more information about their characters and what Season 3 has in store.

When will My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 premiere?

The third season will premiere in 2026. And a fun reminder: cameras already started rolling on Season 3 of the lovable teen drama before Season 2 even debuted! Watch Rodriguez, LaLonde, and Gentry as they shared the good news in the video below.

Who’s in the My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 cast?

Rodriguez, LaLonde, Gentry, Sarah Rafferty (Katherine), Marc Blucas (George), Connor Stanhope (Danny), and Jaylan Evans (Skylar) will return as series regulars.

Recurring cast members include Corey Fogelmanis (Nathan), Johnny Link (Will), Isaac Arellanes (Isaac), Myles Perez (Lee), Alisha Newton (Erin), Mya Lowe (Kiley), Ellie O’Brien (Grace), Kolton Stewart (Dylan), Natalie Sharp (Blake), Alex Quijano (Richard), Ashley Tavares (Tara), Dean Petriw (Jordan), Alix West Lefler (Parker), Lennix James (Benny), and Gabrielle Jacinto (Olivia).

Who are the new My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 cast members?

Three new characters are joining the My Life with the Walter Boys cast:

  • Chad Rook plays Mac A cool drag racer who hires Cole to revamp the engine of one of his racing cars, Mac is impressed by Cole’s natural skills behind the wheel after seeing him take a spin on the track.
  • Naveen Paddock plays Eliot  Handsome and charming with an air of New York sophistication, Eliot is Uncle Richard’s new intern. His arrival in Silver Falls puts Jackie in a tug-of-war between her old life and her new one.
  • Erin Karpluk plays Hannah — George’s nomadic sister and mother of Isaac and Lee, Hannah is free-spirited or irresponsible as hell (take your pick). She left her sons to live with the Walters and then split for reasons unknown; when she shows up at the front door a thousand days later, she has a lot of bridges to rebuild.

What will happen in My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3?

This article contains major character or plot details.

Season 2 ends on a massive cliff-hanger. In the last few moments of the finale, Cole finally confesses his true feelings for Jackie. He loves her, and he’s tired of fighting it. And shocker! She tells him she loves him back.

But there’s a complication: She and Alex have been secretly seeing each other for the back half of the season. Just as Cole and Jackie are about to kiss, we find out Alex has been listening to their conversation the entire time.

Before they can have it out, Alex and Cole’s older brother Will arrives with an ambulance not far behind him, and it’s about their dad, George. Then we cut to black!

Heading into Season 3, showrunner, creator, and executive producer Melanie Halsall tells Tudum that she would love to see what happens between Jackie and Cole, and between Alex and Cole. “It was a pretty big revelation at the end of Season 2, and we can’t just ignore that,” she tells Tudum. “She also can’t keep bouncing between two boys. How we tackle that will be a really interesting challenge, and I’m looking forward to that.”

Along with his co-stars, Gentry certainly wants to know what will happen next for the trio. “I don’t know how they’re going to recover from all of this trauma that’s just ensued,” he says. “You want to talk about an elephant in the room, that’s a massive one.”

Halsall is also eager to see where the new romance between Kiley and Dylan goes. “I want to see what effect it has on Alex,” she says.

Heading into Season 3, Halsall would love to see what happens now that Cole has coached his football team to victory and Alex has joined the rodeo team that his trainer (and pseudo-love interest) Blake’s dad sponsors.

The showrunner also hasn’t forgotten about Jackie’s goal to become student body president. “We’ll look at that and how she deals with Alex and the fallout in the family,” she says. Halsall also knows the importance of Jackie nurturing her friendship with Grace going forward, after they had a heart-to-heart in the Season 2 finale in which Jackie admitted she took her best friend for granted. “Grace is the person that’s always on hand to help Jackie, but she doesn’t seem to have any needs of her own,” says Halsall. “She does have needs of her own, and it’s important for Jackie to realize that, too.”

While filming Season 1, Halsall told Tudum that she had high hopes for the series’ longevity. “I definitely still believe that,” she says. “I love the teenage stories and what we do with those characters. But I think we have a lot of potential to tell stories that are intergenerational. I’d love to be able to do more of that in Season 3.”

Laugh Out Loud with the Walter Boys Cast in These Chaotic Bloopers

Some of those adult relationships Halsall is curious about include guidance counselor Tara’s dynamic with English teacher Nikhil (Moheb Jindran) and her flirtation with Jackie’s uncle Richard that was hinted at in the Season 1 finale. “That’s a storyline I’d really like to follow,” says Halsall. The creator also has potential storylines in mind for Will’s wife Hayley (Zoë Soul), who was mainly in Chile this season working on her master’s thesis, and Grace’s mom Joanne (Janet Kidder). “It was nice for [Walter matriarch] Katherine to have a friend. I’d like to see more.”

Ultimately, Halsall teases, “there’s loads of potential.” All we have to say to that is “Yeehaw!”
