Nobody Wants This Season 2 Trailer Finds Joanne and Noah Become a “We”

We checked with the boss, and she said it’s time to share the trailer for Season 2.

In Season 1 of Nobody Wants This, viewers fell in love with Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah (Adam Brody) while watching them fall in love with each other. But it’s been a year, and there’s only so many times we can re-watch a pair of adults kiss over ice cream before we need something stronger.

With Season 2 arriving on Oct. 23, it’s time for a new hit of passion — and we have great news. We checked with the boss, and she decided that it’s time to share the trailer for new episodes.

Season 2 of Nobody Wants This sees Joanne and Noah deep in the honeymoon phase of their new relationship. You know, the phase where if someone wants to make plans with Noah, he says, “I gotta check with the boss.” (The boss is Joanne. Obviously.) And while they have begun to have the difficult conversations around whether agnostic podcaster Joanne will be able to convert to Judaism for her rabbi boyfriend Noah, it appears they might not be on the same page after all.

Watch the trailer above to see Joanne and Noah be disgustingly cute together — like, the kind of love that makes single people feel bad about themselves, according to Joanne’s sister Morgan (Justine Lupe) — while they try to blend their lives together and figure out whether it’s even possible to merge their friends and families and build their relationship as one. Are they a unit, or are they two people whose circumstances will forever keep them apart?
