Just as there’s no PB&J without the jelly, there are no superheroes without superpowers. And the Action Pack, composed of four young kids who attend the Action Academy, are lucky enough to have them. Each member of the Action Pack — Treena, Watts, Wren and Clay — has unique abilities that allow them to save the day when trouble arises in their hometown of Hope Springs. With so much action going on, it’s hard to keep track of who does what when danger’s near.

This little team of superheroes have some seriously strong powers. Here’s how they each can contribute when it comes time to get ready for action.

One of the Action Pack superheroes flies through the air in a blue costume

4. Watts’ Electric Power Watts lives up to his electric namesake. He can fly lightning fast, throw lightning blasts and create lightning bolts. Watts’ speed works to his advantage. He can catch up with villains and stop people in their tracks with his lightning, and he has so much energy because of his bolts. It’s a superpower perfect for a young boy who’s bursting with liveliness.  Given that so many people would love to be able to fly, a lot of people probably envy Watts’ electric power. But this is one ability that seems like it would be too hot to handle — literally. Watts always seems to be buzzing around, which would be handy in the mornings when you’re out of coffee. Although his superpowers might only be helpful in certain situations, when they’re combined with those of the rest of the Pack, they absolutely shine. As Mr. Ernesto says, when the pack works together as a team, “things will be easier than they seem.”

Wren from the Action Pack

3. Wren’s Animal Power Wren is the quirkiest member of the Action Pack, so it’s only fitting that she has the quirkiest power. Animal power is truly a gift. She’s able to speak four different animal languages — dog, cat, bird and platypus — and is currently in the process of learning how to speak chicken. But she can also inhabit some of the best qualities of certain animals. Just by saying the word, Wren can have the arms and strength of a polar bear, the wings of a butterfly, the legs of a cheetah, and the sneaky capabilities of a fox. This allows her to fly, do some heavy lifting, run super fast and spy on others. Who doesn’t love a four-for-one combination deal?

Wren’s curious and kind nature is best displayed through her superpower. However, having the ability to do so much at once seems like it would be just a little bit confusing. Keeping track of one language and supernatural ability is hard enough, let alone so many at once. But more power to Wren for managing her unique skill set.

Treena from Action Pack

2. Treena’s Plant Power Equipped with “mighty flowers and plant powers,” Treena is able to shoot out vines with her Awesomer Blossomer Wand, which is great for grabbing anything out of her reach, trying to wrangle any wrongdoers and traveling long distances. Her Petal Power Shield gives her some added protection from danger, which also tends to come in handy. But the greatest strength of this power is her ability to care for other living things. She can help flowers grow, which is probably the most impressive superpower that we’ve ever heard of.

If you’re someone who accidentally kills every plant that they have in their home (guilty as charged), Treena’s plant power sounds like a dream. It’s unlike most superpowers that you’ve heard of, which is why we’ve ranked it so high. And most important of all, it’s a unique power that is not only helpful to Treena herself, but also helpful to others and the environment.

Clay from Action Pack

1. Clay’s Plasma Power

Over the course of Season 1, Clay’s superpower proves that it can do so much more than just make him stretch really, really far, but that certainly is a perk when it comes to protecting the rest of the Action Pack. His plasma power allows him to transform into different objects, which works as a handy disguise when dealing with the troublemakers in Hope Springs. It also lets him zoom in on the action. He is also able to create an invinci-ball, which can shield him and his friends from harm.

Disguising yourself as a chair or bouncing around in an invinci-ball whenever you want? We volunteer as tribute. Being able to blend in with your surroundings and to stretch far enough to the kitchen so you don’t have to get off the couch? An absolute dream.
