How many well-dressed, business-savvy Southern Californians does it take to sell a luxury home? Well, if it’s a lavish ocean-side estate listed by one of The Oppenheim Group’s pro agents, the answer’s usually just one.
But it takes many, many more people to make up a successful brokerage. Now streaming, Selling the OC Season 4 brings plenty of fresh drama and multimillion dollar listings. New agents — Ashtyn Zerboni, Fiona Belle, and Kaylee Ricciardi — work to make their mark at the Newport Beach office. Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland finally get to the bottom of the will they, won’t they conversation. And everyone is competing to win the approval (and listing) of Oppenheim Group CEO Jason Oppenheim.

Jason made his mark on Selling Sunset as the head honcho of The Oppenheim Group, co-starring in the series with his twin brother and business partner, Brett Oppenheim. Before real estate, Jason had a successful career as a lawyer, including a victory at the Supreme Court. Since starting the brokerage, he and his agents have brought in over $4.5 billion in closed sales. He has offices across Southern California, but the OC crew has a special place in his heart. “This season, hands down, is the best drama and the best real estate that we’ve ever seen on Selling the OC,” Jason told Tudum. It’s safe to say he’s pretty excited for Season 4.

One of Orange County’s top-ranking realtors, Alex is a skilled negotiator and strategic planner with a background in interior design. A single mom of two, Alex prioritizes family and her career — and doesn’t take it lightly when someone gets in the way. “We’ve got to have each other’s backs,” she says of the women in the industry. “If nothing else, have your beef, but at the end of the day, we’re all here to do business.”

Tyler has always been passionate about real estate — in fact, he’s a fifth-generation realtor who got his license at just 18 years old. In addition to selling luxury homes, he’s also an accomplished surfer. He’s spent the last two years “soul searching” since his divorce finalized. Well, the searching must’ve worked because Tyler recently got engaged to his girlfriend, Hannah Morrissey, in October 2025. “We just have the most fun together,” Tyler says about his current partner. Yes, that means the will they, won’t they storyline with Alex Hall has officially been put to rest. RIP!

After living and working as a model in London, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona, Polly moved to Southern California in 2011 and realized “California’s Coast was home.” Once she got her real estate license, she joined The O Group where she made the seamless transition from modeling on runways to selling model homes. Despite settling down in SoCal, Polly always follows her strong sense of adventure. It took her all the way to Mexico, where she competed against other Netflix reality stars in Battle Camp. “I am a yes girl. I want the experience,” she says. “That’s kind of my mentality going into basically anything in my life, and I’ve lived 15 different lives at this point. That’s part of my personality. I hope that never changes. I hope I’m always up for a challenge.”

Gio was one of the first agents recruited to The Oppenheim Group’s OC office. Prior to selling houses, he worked in residential development. “I really just wanna show everyone that this is the level I play in,” he says in OC Season 1. Got it! Gio brought that cutthroat attitude and his experience navigating unpredictable situations to Battle Camp, where he fought to become the ultimate Netflix reality competitor alongside fellow O Group agent Polly Brindle. “Being a realtor, you have to be ready for anything,” he says.

Brandi hails from a PR background, making her a master at all things communication. As an OG agent, Brandi was very aware of the shifting office dynamics at the start of Season 4. “I was making new connections because a lot of the originals are not here anymore,” she tells Tudum. “It was a bit challenging … but I think that they’re awesome additions to the team.” Outside of work, she shares two kids with her husband (and former pro-basketball player) Sean Marshall.

This model, husband, and father of three started his real estate career in 2017 and joined The Oppenheim Group in the summer of 2021. After tensions rose between him and Sean last season, Austin happily welcomed fresh faces into The O Group. “The dynamic in the office is much better,” he tells Tudum. “For my own personal reasons … the cast cuts were perfect.”

With a passion for high fashion, photography, and the arts, Ashtyn has an eye for great design. As an agent with The Oppenheim Group in La Jolla and Orange County, she’s known for her commitment to personalized service and a thriving social network that she can leverage to unlock exclusive opportunities for her clients. But real estate isn’t her only game. Ashtyn also has experience working as a model and actor, and she even has a degree in biology. You could say she’s got selling luxury homes down to a science.

Born and raised in Orange County, Fiona joined The O Group in 2024. She goes above and beyond for her clients to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence and precision. At 23 years old, Fiona’s out to prove that age doesn’t define ability, and so far she’s doing just that — closing million-dollar deals within her first six months as an agent. But she’s always been dedicated to the grind, as a first-generation college student who graduated cum laude from UC San Diego. With passion, grit, and a deep love for the SoCal region, she’s determined to stand out in the OC real estate world.

Kaylee began her 13-year career in the luxury real estate market by managing short-term rentals during Coachella. That work eventually evolved into event-based rentals and production work for top-tier clients. Now at The Oppenheim Group, she continues to deliver elevated service to clients who are buying, selling, or renting and orchestrating events. Though she found success on the California coast, Kaylee is originally from New England and attended college at the University of Colorado. The global perspective she gained from extensive travels and time living in Spain informs her work, helping her craft meaningful experiences that stand out.
