Alex and Alan Stokes — better known to their 160 million subscribers as the Stokes Twins — have quickly become two of the internet’s biggest stars. And it’s all thanks to their powerful bond as brothers.

Now the Stokes Twins are bringing their signature dynamic hijinks and fan-favorite adventures to Netflix on July 18, where viewers will be able to enjoy an archive of their most-watched content to date. The twins are expanding their storytelling into long-form content for audiences worldwide with a new Netflix series, set to premiere in 2027.

“When we were kids, we didn’t always know how to fit in,” says Alan and Alex Stokes. “There were moments where we didn’t have a home, and when we first came to America, we didn’t even know how to speak the language. A camera became the way we connected with people before we fully had the words. We made videos to make other kids laugh, and somehow that turned into a community of hundreds of millions of people around the world. To now bring that journey to Netflix is bigger than a show for us. It feels like a full-circle moment.”

The identical twins are known for turning complex challenges, high-energy adventures, and playful comedy into must-watch videos. From busting myths and surviving the “World’s Strictest School” to building elaborate secret rooms in their house and high-stake games of hide and seek, they’ve built a global audience across Instagram and TikTok, tallying nearly 100 billion views across all social platforms in the process.

The Los Angeles-based creators’ journey began far from Hollywood. Alex and Alan, born in Fujian, China, moved to Memphis, Tennessee, when they were 6 years old. The boys leaned into their interests and started filming skits and challenges in their backyard with a red digital camera — a shared present they received on their 10th birthday. In their senior year of high school, the twins each received their first smartphone, a tool that unlocked their true passion: content creation. Taking to Instagram, the brothers began to amass a huge following and quietly created a “Stokes universe” that is constantly expanding.
