THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY POSTER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES 

(“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries (defined below) received during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. or D.C. / 48 U.S. or D.C. who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 U.S. or D.C. / 48 U.S. or D.C. and who are 18+ / 21+ years of age (and the age of majority in their state of residence) at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers, or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Begins on August 22 at 10:00 A.M. P.T. and ends on August 29 at 11:59 P.M. P.T. (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, visit tudum.com and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (which includes full name, email address, state of residence, and phone number) (“Entry(ies)”). All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about September 3, Sponsor will randomly select seventeen (17) winners (“Winners”) from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: one signed poster. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner via direct message to the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Prize is Two Hundred U.S. Dollars ($200). ERV of all Prizes is three thousand, four hundred U.S. Dollars ($3,400). Actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.  All details of the Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability; prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE (OR ELEMENT THEREOF) WITH A SIMILAR PRIZE (OR PRIZE ELEMENT) OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE.  PRIZE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BY WINNER OR REDEEMED FOR CASH AND PRIZE IS  VALID ONLY FOR THE ITEMS DETAILED ABOVE, WITH NO SUBSTITUTION OF ANY PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) BY WINNER.  All taxes and other expenses, costs, and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend this sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Personal information submitted to participate in the sweepstakes is subject to and will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy located at tudum.com.
