The documentary follows Beal City, Michigan high school students Lauryn Licari and her former boyfriend, Owen, who at 13 became the targets of relentless harassment from an anonymous phone number. As authorities dug deeper into the months-long ordeal, they uncovered a secret that challenged everything they originally believed about the case.
