Celebs Rocked Out at Bad Bunny’s Halftime Show — and in These Movies and Series

The Grammy-winning star was joined on stage by Ricky Martin, Lady Gaga, Cardi B, Pedro Pascal, and more.

Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, aka Bad Bunny, had a little help from his friends during his 2026 Super Bowl halftime show. The Puerto Rican headliner danced through mock sugarcanes, climbed a faux utility pole, spiked a football that read “Together, We Are America,” and welcomed a slew of celebrity guests to a pink-and-yellow casita as he sang his hits like “Tití Me Preguntó,” “Safaera,” “Monaco,” and “Nueva Yol” to the packed football stadium in San Francisco on Sunday night.

Between the actual wedding that happened on stage, the people dressed as clumps of grass (yes, those were people), and the surprise performances from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin (more below), you’d be forgiven for not catching every celebrity cameo. Musicians like Cardi B, Karol G, and Young Miko brushed shoulders with actors like Jessica Alba and Pedro Pascal and social media personalities like Alix Earle — who has a new reality show coming to Netflix — throughout the concert.

If you can’t get enough of these halftime co-stars, you can catch them in these movies and series on Netflix.

Happy Gilmore 2

Before he took the Super Bowl stage, Bad Bunny appeared in this sequel to the 1996 comedy Happy Gilmore, in which Adam Sandler (Jay Kelly) reprises his role as the titular would-be hockey player almost 30 years after he first picked up a golf club. Looking to rediscover his way in the world, Happy returns to the green — with an upbeat caddie named Oscar (Ocasio) along for the (golf cart) ride.

Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey

Puerto Rican musical icon Ricky Martin made a surprise appearance to sing a verse from Bad Bunny’s “Lo Que Le Pasó a Hawaii” while perched on a section of the stage that evoked the cover of Bunny’s album Debí Tirar Más Fotos. If you want more from Martin, he co-stars as a sentient matador doll in this Christmas musical fantasy about a gifted toy maker (Forest Whitaker) who, after being betrayed by his apprentice years ago, gets a new lease on life when he meets his cheerful granddaughter (Madalen Mills).

Gaga: Five Foot Two

Lady Gaga belted out a salsa version of her song “Die with a Smile” and danced with Bad Bunny midset. If her unexpected performance left you wanting more Mother Monster, check out Gaga: Five Foot Two, a biographical documentary that follows the international star as she puts out a new album (Joanne) and prepares for her own Super Bowl halftime show in 2017.

Trigger Warning

Jessica Alba, who was spotted dancing with other celebs during the halftime performance, stars in this action thriller as a special forces officer who returns to her hometown and takes over her father’s bar. She soon realizes that there’s more to the accident that killed him and is forced to contend with a violent local gang to preserve her family’s legacy.

Narcos

Pedro Pascal was all smiles as he boogied at the casita, but he strikes a different tone in his role as DEA agent Javier Peña in Narcos. This three-season crime drama follows Peña and his partner, Steve Murphy (Boyd Holbrook), as they work to take down the infamous Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar (Wagner Moura), who ran the Medellín cartel from the late ’70s to the early ’90s.

Rhythm + Flow

Cardi B — who collaborated with Bad Bunny in 2018 on the Latin-trap track “I Like It” — made a subtle cameo onstage during the show. You can see more of her in Season 1 of Rhythm + Flow, in which she serves as a judge alongside T.I. and Chance The Rapper. In this reality competition series, the trio and a rotating group of guest judges mentor and critique rising, unsigned hip-hop artists, who compete for the chance to win $250,000.

Karol G: Tomorrow was Beautiful

Colombian singer-songwriter Karol G also appeared in the crowd onstage, joining Alba, Pascal, and Cardi B. Her biographical documentary, Karol G: Tomorrow Was BeautifuI, follows the artist’s rise to global superstardom from her beginnings in Medellín to her year-long global tour Mañana Será Bonito, which ended in 2024.
