Rowan Atkinson, known to the world as the Mr. Bean, is returning to the screen in the upcoming comedy series Man vs. Bee. And the title doesn’t lie: Atkinson will indeed be facing off with a fuzzy black-and-yellow bug... and there can only bee one winner.

The series, created by Atkinson and Will Davies, follows a man who finds himself entrenched in an ongoing battle with a bee while in the midst of housesitting at an elegant mansion. As the official synopsis asks us, “Who will win, and what irreparable damage will be done in the process?”

While the victor of the war is yet to be determined, a newly released poster hints at some of the chaos that will absolutely ensue. In the teaser picture, we can see Atkinson’s character armed with a makeshift swatter in the form of a spatula, with a casual kitchen fire going on behind him.

Man vs. Bee also stars Tom Basden, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Jing Lusi, Claudie Blakley, Greg McHugh, India Fowler and Daniel Fearn. It is written and executive produced by Davies, with Chris Clark also serving as executive producer.

We’ll have to wait and see just who wins the battle when Man vs. Bee lands on screens on June 24.
