Open those pocket doors, heat up some vegan cheeseburger empanadas and raise a glass of O Group chardonnay, because Selling Sunset is officially back in business.
Licensed in real estate and real drama, all your favorite agents from the Los Angeles-based brokerage are ready to conquer the cutthroat housing market when Season 6 launches on May 19. While much has changed since last season’s shake-up, the properties are just as jaw-dropping as ever. Expect to drool over serenely staged mansions, precariously perched infinity pools and pristine penthouses.
When we last saw them at the Season 5 reunion, the Oppenheim Group was a workplace divided, as rivalries, personal conflicts and an office breakup nearly tore the place apart. But nothing — not even the departure of a formerly Quinn-tessential cast member — gets between the brokerage and a check. And this time around, two new agents are bringing big listings and even bigger personalities into the mix, so everyone’s stepping up their game.
Take a look below to find out who’s returning to the O Group — and the new agents giving them a run for their money.

Brothers and bosses, Brett and Jason Oppenheim have built their ever-expanding real estate empire into a billion-dollar business — and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. With a thriving Orange County office, a new relationship and a two multimillion luxury penthouses on the market between them, the Oppenheim twins are stretched pretty thin. Luckily, they have Mary to take on additional managerial duties while they tend to other business — including, in Jason’s case, galavanting around Europe with a new girlfriend, model Marie-Lou Nurk.

“I know people think I’m having a midlife crisis, but I’m having an awakening,” Stause says at the start of the new season. Since ending her relationship with Jason over her desire to become a mother, Chrishell is finding it difficult to return to the office and her old life. But workplace tensions — not to mention a fractured friendship with former BFF Mary — aren’t the only thing keeping her away from the O Group. She’s been more than content to stay in her love bubble with the Australian singer G Flip, whom she revealed she was dating during the Season 5 reunion. Since then, the two have been practically inseparable, preferring to make music together and tune out all the drama.

The personal and the professional have never been more intertwined for Mary, who serves as the vice president of the O Group — and its in-house mediator when things get messy. With Brett and Jason spending more time out of the office, it’s up to Mary to keep the agents on track and out of the drama. That’s, of course, easier said than done, as she and Chrishell have drifted apart after the breakup with Jason. Plus, her hubby, Romain, is now working with Jason on a costly luxury penthouse renovation project.

After tying the knot with husband Tarek last season, Heather is overjoyed to be expanding their family together. With her first baby on the way, she’s focused on a becoming a “rock star mommy and also a rock star businesswoman” — all while rocking the most glamorous pregnancy ’fits you can imagine. This season, the O Group veteran quickly develops a camaraderie with newcomer and new mother Bre, helping her navigate office politics — and the inevitable shade that gets thrown her way.

Christine might have introduced her to the group, but Chelsea is carving out her own path this season. When she’s not dazzling in designer duds, she’s making money moves in Manhattan Beach, where she lives with her husband and their two young children. As the British-Nigerian Realtor puts it, she’s been “killing it in this market” and is ready to stand on her own two, extremely high-heeled feet. But despite being the O Group’s most recent hire, she isn’t exactly gelling with newcomer Bre.

Count on Amanza to keep perspective through all the drama. As the O Group’s resident interior design expert, the former house stager has an eye for aesthetics and addressing anybody with ease. That’s how she become an integral part of the brokerage family and close confidant to many in the office. But as a fiercely protective single mother of two children, don’t get it twisted: Amanza won’t tolerate her fellow agents casting judgment on her non-nuclear home life — or anyone else’s, for that matter.

Next on Emma’s to-do list? “Building an empire,” she says. The Boston-born businesswoman certainly has her plate full as the CEO of her successful plant-based food company (we mentioned the empanadas, right?) and a top-performing Realtor for the O Group with an impressive portfolio all her own. In her eyes, she’s “not in competition with anybody besides [herself],” no matter who might try and cross her. The one friendship she can count on is Chrishell’s, as the two have grown even closer in recent months.

Whether you’ve seen her or not, Nicole has always been around. As an agent at the brokerage since its earliest days (and the officiant at Mary and Romain’s wedding all the way back in Season 2), think of her as an OG of the O Group. And she has the track record to back it up, as one of the top-producing Realtors with over $100 million in sales. “If someone were to get in the way of that, there’s going to be an issue,” she says. As for who might be stepping on her toes, Nicole shares a not-so-friendly history with certain agent due to what she perceives to be past favoritism in the office.

This model-turned-real estate agent is no stranger to making deals and headlines. As a high-yield closer with a stacked roster of celebrity clientele, Bre has received plenty of attention for her business savvy. But she also might have crossed your newsfeed for having a baby with Nick Cannon in 2022. Her personal life becomes office gossip fodder at the O Group, but Bre is more concerned with minding and building her own business. As for commingling with her new co-workers, Bre is “kind of a mirror” when it comes to interacting with the team. “Whatever you give me is what you’re going to get,” she says.
