        SQUID GAME: THE CHALLENGE SEASON 2 SECOND CHANCE FAN VOTE     

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR TEXT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO VOTE. 

1. How to Nominate and/or Vote.  Visit the Tudum.com  web site (the “Web Site ”), and follow the directions to nominate and/or vote for your favorite Squid Game: The Challenge Season 2 participant (each a “SGTC Participant”). All nominations and votes are subject to the nomination and voting conditions set forth in section 3 below.  

Standard data fees may apply if nominating and/or voting using your mobile device.  You should consult your wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier.  You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.  By nominating or voting, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the nomination and/or voting program (individually and collectively, the “Program”).

2. Nomination and Voting Periods. The nomination and voting periods are as follows:

  1. Nomination period begins at 12:00:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 11, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on November 17, 2025 (“Nomination Period”);
  2. The top five (5) SGTC Participants nominated during the Nomination Period are eligible to be voted for during the voting period which begins at 6:00:00 pm PT on November 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on November 23, 2025 (“Voting Period”).

3. Nomination and Voting Conditions. Nomination and voting may be subject to verification.  Unlimited nominations per person per Nomination Period; Unlimited votes per person per Voting Period. Voting will be subject to verification and certification by an independent third party, Riddle Technologies AG “Riddle”). No bots or automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of voting are permitted. Participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who attempt to interfere with the nomination and/or voting process or the operation of the Program in any way will be disqualified and their nominations and/or votes will not be counted.  

ALL DECISIONS REGARDING THE NOMINATION AND VOTING PROCESS SHALL BE IN PROMOTER’S  SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL DETERMINATIONS OVER THE NOMINATED OR FINAL SGTC PARTICIPANT(S), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THEIR ABILITY AND ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN SQUID GAME: THE CHALLENGE SEASON 3 (“SEASON 3”),  AND SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO CHALLENGE OR APPEAL. PROMOTER DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY SGTC PARTICIPANT WILL APPEAR IN SEASON 3 EVEN IF SUCH SGTC PARTICIPANT RECEIVES THE MOST VOTES - AS ALL DECISIONS REGARDING SEASON 3, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CASTING, ARE IN PROMOTER’S ABSOLUTE AND SOLE DISCRETION. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PROMOTER HAS THE RIGHT TO SELECT ANY PARTICIPANT IT CHOOSES IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO BE CAST IN SEASON 3 FOR WHATEVER REASON AND PROMOTER HAS NO OBLIGATION TO CAST ANY SGTC PARTICIPANT. YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THERE MAY BE REASONS BEYOND PROMOTER’S CONTROL OR WITHIN PROMOTER’S CONTROL AS TO WHY A SGTC PARTICIPANT DOES NOT, CANNOT AND/OR CHOOSES NOT TO BE CAST IN SEASON 3 FOR WHICH RELEASED ENTITIES (DEFINED BELOW) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY.  LAST, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASED ENTITIES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DECISIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE CASTING OF SEASON 3 AND YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE RELEASED ENTITIES FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY SUCH DECISIONS.  

All nominations and votes and/or nomination/voting data become the sole property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of nomination and vote submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter.  Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Program should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, epidemics, pandemics, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the nomination and voting processes.  

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR THE PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE NOMINATION AND VOTING PROCESSES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

4.  Release.  By participating, all participants agree to release and hold harmless Promoter, Riddle  and their partners and promotion and advertising agencies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”) from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage or personal injury, which may occur in connection with participation in this Program.  Released Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections,  Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of nomination and/or voting information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed online transmissions which may limit one’s ability to nominate and/or vote, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s Platform, computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participating in the Program or downloading any materials associated with the Program.  Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected nominations and/or votes, which will be disqualified.  Promoter shall use commercially reasonable efforts with respect to the security and accuracy of all nominations and/or votes and the nomination and/or voting process (provided, however, that participants acknowledge and agree that such methodologies are not infallible, and that Promoter makes no guarantee as to their effectiveness).
