The heist drama series stars Matthew Law and Y’lan Noel as an expert criminal and a brilliant police detective — adversaries on different sides of the law, but also reflections of each other: two men trying to provide for their families the only way they know how.
Viewers shouted a big “A-women” to Ladies First, which rose to the No. 1 spot on the English film list with 18.8 million views. Starring Sacha Baron Cohen and Rosamund Pike, the comedy flick follows a ladies' man who gets a taste of his own medicine when he wakes up in a world where women behave like he does.
The Crash continues to captivate true crime audiences, driving to the No. 2 spot on the list with 14 million views. The documentary explores the volatile relationship at the center of the 2022 collision in Ohio, in which a car traveling 100 miles per hour crashed into a brick building, killing two of its passengers.
Swapped landed in the No. 3 spot with 10.5 million views, surpassing 100 million views globally and setting the fastest record for any Netflix animated film to do so. Michael B. Jordan and Juno Temple lead the voice cast of the animated adventure, in which two sworn enemies magically swap species and are forced to walk in each other’s feathers and fur to save their wilderness.
Speaking of must-watch movies, War Machine blasted onto Netflix’s top 10 most popular movies of all time, lighting up the No. 10 spot. The military thriller, which has collected 139 million views since its mid-February debut, stars Alan Ritchson as a combat engineer who enters the elite US Army Ranger selection — only for a giant, otherworldly killing machine to threaten all the candidates’ survival.
The second season of The Four Seasons premiered at No. 3 on the English TV list with 4.4 million views. The cozy series follows a crew of lifelong friends — played by Tina Fey, Will Forte, Colman Domingo, and more — who take seasonal vacations together as they tackle life’s many unpredictable ups and downs, even in the wake of a tragic loss.
Instadocs: Alex Murdaugh, Unconvicted debuted at No. 4 on the English TV list with 3.4 million views. The first installment of Netflix’s fast-turnaround documentary series sees jurors, lawyers, and others answering questions about the recent shocking overturn of Murdaugh’s 2023 double-murder conviction.
A different kind of crime series, the second season of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder premiered in the No. 9 spot on the list with 1.8 million views. The young adult whodunit — based on the bestselling novels by Holly Jackson — sees Pip (Emma Myers) racing against time to find another missing person, and struggling with the idea of justice along the way.
Kara, the Indian action-thriller that stars Dhanush (Tere Ishk Mein) as a retired thief who returns to crime, took the top spot on the non-English film list with 3.8 million views. Emi Martínez: The Kid Who Stops Time premiered at No. 2 on the list with 1.8 million views. Part animation and part live-action, the Argentinian documentary showcases the titular legendary goalkeeper’s skills on the soccer pitch, which helped carry him from his small hometown to the World Cup.
The Spanish heist thriller Berlin and the Lady with an Ermine kept its hold on the No. 1 spot on the non-English TV list with 4.7 million views. The latest entry in the Money Heist universe follows Pedro Alonso’s eponymous thief as he gathers his crew to pull off another seemingly impossible job in Seville, Spain, while hoodwinking a corrupt duke.
Rafa served up the No. 7 spot on the list with 1.3 million views. The four-episode docuseries dives deep into the life and career of Spanish tennis superstar Rafael Nadal, from his time on the court as a child prodigy to his final ATP Tour season in 2024, featuring exclusive, never-before-seen footage and interviews.
