GLASS ONION: A KNIVES OUT MYSTERY POSTER SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

(“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries (defined below) received during the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Open only to legal residents of the United States (“U.S.”) who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 United States and/or the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (defined below). Begins on January 6, 2023 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on January 13, 2023 at 9:00 AM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period visit https://www.netflix.com/tudum and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (which includes full name, email address, state of residence, and phone number) (“Entry(ies)”). If you choose to submit an Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply. See your wireless service provider for details on rates and capabilities. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. On or about January 13, 2023, Sponsor will randomly select Ten (10) winners (“Winner(s)”) from all valid Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will award Ten (10) prizes (“Prize(s)”) in total; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of the following: one (1) poster inspired by the film entitled Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery autographed by select members of the cast and/or crew. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to notify potential Winner via the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Winner must respond within two (2) days of such notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification, and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion an alternate potential Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Prize is Three Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($350). ERV of all Prizes is Three Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars (USD $3,500). Actual retail value (“ARV”) may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. All details of the Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability; prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE (OR ELEMENT THEREOF) WITH A SIMILAR PRIZE (OR PRIZE ELEMENT) OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE. PRIZE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED BY WINNER OR REDEEMED FOR CASH, AND PRIZE IS VALID ONLY FOR THE ITEMS DETAILED ABOVE, WITH NO SUBSTITUTION OF ANY PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) BY WINNER. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate, modify, cancel, or suspend this SWEEPSTAKES or any element thereof (including, without limitation, these Official Rules) without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules). All taxes and other expenses, costs, and fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the Prize.
