🤐 SPOILER ALERT 🤐
Over 10 episodes, we’ve watched the gorgeous singles of Too Hot to Handle Season 4 date and try desperately not to mate. Despite all the cast drama — oh, the love triangles — the competition comes down to two strong couples: Jawa and Nick and Kayla and Seb. In the end, Jawa and Nick are voted as the winners of the retreat by their cast members. AI host Lana, ever the watchful eye, is satisfied with the outcome.
But where did these loved-up couples end up once the cameras stopped rolling? And what is the rest of the cast up to now? Well, they’re giving us all the juicy scoop — including the big news that someone is pregnant. Keep reading to get all the inside info you can handle, and watch the video above for even more.

Too Hot to Handle winners Nick and Jawa end Season 4 together and happier than ever. They continued to be in love for quite some time after filming. “We lived together in both London and Bali for seven months. It was a completely new experience for me, I’ve never lived with a significant other before,” Nick tells Tudum. Jawa describes the time as “amazing,” as the pair trekked around the world kayaking, bar-hopping, meditating and even climbing Mount Batur in Indonesia.
But they have since broken up and are now both single. Jawa says she’s still “grateful” for the relationship and that Nick will always have “a special place” in her heart. Nick is similarly thankful, saying, “Our relationship taught me patience and communication from a new perspective and allowed me to face my commitment [issues] head on.”

Seb and Kayla graciously accept their place as Season 4’s runners-up. Today, they say their relationship can best be described as “complicated.” But they’re still dedicated to their long-distance love. Seb is in Scotland and Kayla lives in Los Angeles. “Since the retreat, Seb and I have had a very unconventional relationship,” Kayla tells Tudum. “The way we met was unusual, and constantly remembering that we came from two different worlds… always helps us continue to grow together.”
For Seb and Kayla, growing together means constant communication. After years of avoiding emotions, Seb says he has stopped “running away” at the first signs of feelings. “Kayla and I speak every day. We’re sharing our thoughts and feelings and we are both determined to continue this wonderful relationship on different continents,” he says. Lana should be pleased.

“After spending so much time with Kayla, and Lana, I feel able to communicate how I’m feeling and have someone who really cares and wants to listen,” Seb continues. “Both Lana and Kayla have taught me that there’s no need to be afraid of being vulnerable and getting your heart broken.”
Imogen finds herself caught in Creed’s romantic web in Season 4. Yet she couldn’t be further from that kind of drama today. Instead, Imogen is focused on her soon-to-arrive baby girl, due in April 2023. Her Too Hot to Handle pals are already acting like excited “aunties and uncles.”
“I’ve always dreamt of becoming a mom so although I’m feeling nervous, I’m really excited,” Imogen tells Tudum. “I can’t say that my stay with Lana and the other contestants prepared me for motherhood — however all of my castmates have been so supportive since they found out.”

If you point anywhere on a map, you may just hit a spot the Too Hot to Handle crew has visited post-filming. Multiple people cite Seb as one of their favorite friends to travel with or visit. Flavia counts a hangout with Seb, Nigel and Creed — which included the cooking of a “horny chicken dish” — as her most treasured memory. Creed spent a month in Scotland with Seb and his family, “where they really showed me the amazing things that Scotland has to offer — from the culture to the food to the landscape,” he tells Tudum. Nick, James and Ethan also spent some time with Seb in Scotland and London. Naturally, Kayla also celebrated Christmas with Seb and his loved ones.
Outside of Seb’s busy social calendar, Dom enjoyed a girls’ trip to Hawaii with Brittan, Kayla and Imogen (and a couple of Corona beers). “I think my favorite part had to be trips to waterfalls and talking about our show experience and how it’s affected us to this day,” she says. Sophie, on the other hand, counts a meetup with Jawa in Bali as her favorite memory. “It felt like a really great place to ground ourselves and reconnect,” Sophie says.
