Vanessa: I feel so confused about the potential of developing, like, an actual … some form of a relationship with you. Then we’re both going to go move back in with our exes. And then it’s like, “What the **** just happened?”

Lexi Goldberg: Our lives are gonna blow up?

Vanessa: Yeah. Absolutely.

Yoly: How often do you feel like I don’t let you talk? 

Tiff: All the time.

Yoly: So I should just be quiet?

Tiff: No. 

Yoly: When do I have permission to speak? 

Tiff: It’s not that you should have permission. It’s a common respect —

Yoly : Because now that you’re telling me that I interrupt you … We’re having a conversation, clearly.

Tiff: Like even just now you spoke over me.

Vanessa: Today I’m realizing, like, I don’t want to grow closer to someone else. You have so much stability in your life, I feel like. 

Lexi: Do you wanna be with somebody who has stability?  Um …

Vanessa: But I feel like when I get bored, I’m like, “OK, I’m bored.”

Tiff: I see the lack of, with all due respect, the lack of giving a **** about the dog. And I don’t want anyone to be around my dog that doesn’t give a ****. I want someone to be around my dog who cares. Because at the end of the day, that’s what she deserves. 

Sam: I am that nurturing, loving person with animals. 

Tiff: I find that very hard to believe.

Aussie: I really don’t care, mate. Whatever you need. 

Mildred: You still have to be considerate of other people. 

Aussie: Yeah, I’m 100% considerate of other people. I feel like you say **** on camera to make me look bad, mate. It’s something that’s been bothering me.

Mildred: Oh, yeah?

Aussie: [sighs] Do you feel like there was an actual chance that Xander could find someone else?

Vanessa: Uh, no. I’m beautiful.

Yoly: [laughs] It’s a wonder that Xander hasn’t been, like, picked up yet. She’s so phenomenal and so wonderful …

Vanessa: I know.

Yoly: … and so great. I know the value she brings to your life. She brings it to my life. What value are you bringing to her life?

Vanessa: That’s what I’m trying to figure out.

Yoly: You don’t know.

Vanessa: Never had to think about that. Before Xander, my ex-boyfriend loved the **** out of me. I’ve been so blessed with these people who don’t ask much of me.

Vanessa: I think it took this experience to realize that we shouldn’t be together. It's, like … sad.

Mildred:  We’re different.

Aussie: We’re very different. Exactly.

Mildred: Yes. It’s OK if I raise my voice.

Aussie: It is, absolutely. 

Mildred: It doesn’t mean I’m an angry woman. It just means I want to be heard. 

Aussie: It’s also OK for me not to be ready to have this confrontation after I just came back from, like, a night out with my buds. And now we’re doing this, and I’m not ready to do this. I’m not ready to … Like, I’m … I want to go back out, actually. Can I just go back out?
